TRW Automotive is the world leader in automotive safety, developing and producing the industry’s widest variety of active and passive systems.
It has recently announced the plan to open in Czestochowa
EUROPEAN FINANCE SHARED SERVICES CENTRE.
The scope of the shared services center is to support all of TRW’s businesses across Europe.
By the end of 2010 it is expected to employ about 150 people.
Currently we are looking for candidates for the following positions:
SAP BUSINESS ANALYST
Operating range:
•The SAP FI-CO Business Analyst will provide SAP FI, AA and CO support within the Shared Services Environment.
•Assist in the development, modification, and maintenance of business systems by providing specifications, testing, and support for business requirements
•Provide daily SAP FI-AA-CO support and problem analysis/solving within the distributed SAP environment.
•Conducts system application training for end users.
•Provides routine end user support, escalates non-routine issues to appropriate resource.
•Creates user training documentation and reference materials.
•Conducts business process analysis and needs assessments for small to medium size projects.
•Develops process flow diagrams.
•Develops applications training materials and presentations.
•Prepares specifications for programming or development projects.
•Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities as it relates to IS business systems.
Key Skills/ Personal Characteristics:
•A professional accountancy qualification or Degree or equivalent work experience.
•Two to five years of professional experience.
•Mobile (be able to travel with little notice).
•Knowledge of the SAP FI and CO modules (Certified SAP FI-CO Business Analyst (ideally)).
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
•Requires knowledge of the appropriate business system and the functional practices it supports.
•The applicant must be proficient in English (written and verbal).
