TRW Automotive is the world leader in automotive safety, developing and producing the industry’s widest variety of active and passive systems.
It has recently announced the plan to open in Czestochowa
EUROPEAN FINANCE SHARED SERVICES CENTRE.
The scope of the shared services center is to support all of TRW’s businesses across Europe.
By the end of 2010 it is expected to employ about 150 people.
Currently we are looking for candidates for the following positions:
SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT
Operating range:
•Lead and drive process improvement projects by applying Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Lean principles.
•Assists with the implementation of the Business Excellence Financial Roadmaps.
•Completes 2-3 Six Sigma BB projects per year.
•Performs as change agent for the organization.
•Provide training to GBs and other project team members.
•Deliver significant operational improvements (i.e. quality and cycle time) that will yield financial benefits
Key Skills/Personal Characteristics:
•University degree.
•Qualified candidates should be a six sigma certified Black Belt.
•One to three years experience on the similar position.
•Ability to learn, adapt and use the full range of Six Sigma and Lean Tolls
•Willingness to develop skills in new fields and/or tools.
•Should be able to prioritize and deliver results in a timely manner. Attention to detail.
•Must be self motivated, organized and have the ability to communicate with various levels of TRW personnel (internal customers) and external customers in a confident and professional manner.
•The applicant must be proficient in Polish and English (written and verbal) and would ideally also be able to communicate in German.
